How long do the hair extensions last?
With proper care, our tape-ins can last 6-8 weeks before needing repositioning, clip-ins can last 6-12 months, and bundles, closures, and frontals can last 6-12 months or longer depending on maintenance and styling.

Can I color or dye the hair?
Yes! Our hair can be colored, but we recommend going darker rather than lighter. For best results, have a professional colorist perform any chemical treatments. Keep in mind that coloring may affect the longevity of the hair.
Will the extensions match my hair texture?

Where are your products manufactured?

How many bundles do I need for a full install?
This depends on your desired length and fullness. Generally, 2-3 bundles work for lengths 12-18 inches, while 3-4 bundles are recommended for 20 inches and longer. Your stylist can help determine the best amount for your look.
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
We stand behind our quality! If you receive damaged or defective products, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on opened or installed hair for hygiene reasons. Click here to see our returns policy in full.

Yes! All our hair is 100% virgin human hair that has not been chemically processed. This means it can be styled, colored, and treated like your own natural hair.
